Curiosity is in our kids’ nature so we want them to feel safe and free to do all the exploration in the world without any pain or restraints. We have created the vegan, winter GEO barefoot boots especially for that. They are lightweight, yet extremely sturdy, wide, yet not loose, delicate, yet not fragile. Each element of these boots has been thoughtfully chosen to care for both your child and the environment.
The GEO boots are made from vegan, wear-resistant, sustainable materials and they nurture healthy foot development while keeping tiny feet warm and cozy. They are light and flexible, allowing unrestricted movement, just like walking barefoot. The carefully designed soles (made from TR rubber) offer perfect balance and stability; they encourage children to move freely and confidently as they discover the world around them. The lightweight construction ensures little legs don’t tire easily, while the softness and bendability of the boots mimic the sensation of walking barefoot, helping strengthen foot muscles and improve posture.

GEO - Blue: materials and craftsmanship
Uppers: dark blue and a beautifully coloured leaf pattern; made from wear resistant synthetic leather and recycled PET.
Lining: waterproof membrane and insulated, warm fleece lining; the insulated fleece lining provides excellent heat retention, while the fleece’s natural breathability prevents overheating, so feet are always kept at an optimal temperature. This helps regulate warmth during fluctuating temperatures, making the boots suitable for both mild and colder days.
Insoles: 2mm thick, removable, made from hemp and fleece; hemp and fleece are naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, keeping feet dry and fresh by absorbing sweat and reducing the risk of odor.
Soles: 5mm cork, TR rubber; this fabulous combination (cork’s lightweight cushioning + its excellent shock absorption paired with TR rubber’s durability) provides comfort and protection while still allowing feet to move freely.

How to measure your feet:
1. Place a piece of paper against a wall. Place the foot (without socks) on the paper, with the heel against the wall, and trace the toes and the sides of your foot, with the pen held perfectly vertical.
2. Trace a line from the middle of the heel (the paper edge) until the longest point of the contour, and measure (that is contour length - line a. from the photo)
3. Trace a line from the "bunion" until under the little toe and measure (that is contour width - line b. from the photo)
4. Measure the circumference (c. from the photo) as shown below and note it down.
How to choose the correct size?
We do not recommend you to order exclusively by age or EU size, as these are merely indicative, the best thing to do is measure the child's foot.
Place the baby foot on a flat surface (the foot must be flattened by the body weight) and measure with a tape line or ruler the distance between the thumb and the back of the heel. For children under 18 months we recommend shoes MAXIMUM 0.7 cm longer than the foot, and for older children who already walk confidently, you can order shoes with a sole approximately 0.7-1 cm longer than the foot, to ensure optimum comfort and longer wearing.
Please have in mind that each 0.5cm is the equivalent to 1 size, so 1cm means 2 sizes!

We care a lot about the crafting process for each pair of Lang.S/Tikki shoes and equally about every step you take in maintaining them. Here is a list of instructions to follow if you want your beautiful shoes to last you longer and better:

Avoid washing them in machines: washing your shoes in machines can damage the material and structure. Try to maintain your shoes as new only by cleaning them locally, manually, with the products recommended by us.

Dry them properly: after cleaning, shoes should be allowed to dry slowly at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators, hair dryers or direct sunlight. All of these can deform or damage the shoes.

Use proper cleaning products: try to only use specialized cleaning products. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or any solvent-based products, they can irreversibly harm the shoes.

Cleaning your shoes regularly: clean them regularly to remove dirt and prevent long-term accumulation. For leather shoes, use a special brush or cloth, and for textile shoes, a gentle hand wash would be more appropriate.

Protect your pairs from harsh conditions: avoid exposing shoes to extreme conditions like excessive heat or moisture, both can lead to material damage or ungluing of the soles.

Store them correctly: a cool, dry place will do just fine. Avoid cramped conditions which can misshape them. Maybe you could put them away in boxes?

Alternate wearing: Rotate your shoes regularly to allow them to air out, which helps prevent odors or/and moisture buildup.

Care for suede shoes? Here is a tip: clean them gently with a soft cloth or a specially designed suede brush. Don’t do it too often, though. Only when dirt builds up because suede is a delicate material.

Avoid rough surfaces: be cautious of walking on abrasive surfaces that can scratch or scuff the soles and upper part of the shoes. Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from poor roads, footpaths or pavements, or from using the footwear on other rough, abrasive or corrosive surfaces.

Our footwear is not suitable for extreme sports activities, on vehicles or bicycles without pedals. We recommend you avoid them while wearing us.
